EurasiaSec is an independent platform dedicated to sharp, law-based analysis of Eurasian geopolitics, Black Sea stability, disinformation, and international relations. Founded by Dr. Teoman ErtuÄŸrul Tulun, it serves as a bulletin for insights on topics like the Montreux Convention, hate narratives, and constructive Eurasianism — fostering cooperation through think-tanks and legal frameworks.

Dr. Tulun is an analyst at the Center for Eurasian Studies (AVİM) in Ankara, where he leads research on racism, hate speech, and foreign policy. With a Ph.D. in Political Science from Bilkent University (focusing on everyday xenophobia among educated Turkish migrants in Europe), M.A. from Bilkent, and B.A. from McGill University, he brings a multidisciplinary lens to global issues. As Managing Editor of International Crimes and History and Review of Armenian Studies, and a contributor to outlets like Daily Sabah, he emphasizes stability through treaties over confrontation.

Internationally, Dr. Tulun's work is recognized for promoting balanced dialogue — from U.S.-Turkey relations to Russian-Eurasian cooperation and European minority rights debates. EurasiaSec aims to extend this by providing accessible analyses, countering disinformation, and highlighting Türkiye's guardianship role in regional order.
